If you use or access DIGITAL-LINK.COM, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.- ABOUT DIGITAL-LINK.COM
DIGITAL-LINK.COM is an online platform where you can register the GTIN codes of your products and generate dynamic QR codes related to them.
Thanks to DIGITAL-LINK.COM, you can create “digital links” that will be associated with a dynamic QR code linked to an URL displaying information about your brand, company, and product, as well as any other data you decide to include.
This represents a clear evolution from the traditional two-dimensional barcode.
2.- DEFINITIONS
When we refer to “DIGITAL-LINK.COM”, “DIGITAL LINK”, or “we” in this document, we mean the products, features, and services we offer, including:
(a) The website https://digital-link.com and any other website related to DIGITAL LINK (including subdomains, international versions, mobile versions, or widgets);
(b) The online platform; and
(c) Any other means, software, device, or network existing or developed in the future.
By “DIGITAL LINK”, we mean DIGITAL-LINK.COM.
By “CONTENT”, we mean any information or data you post on your website to which the QR code is linked unless expressly provided otherwise.
By “GTIN”, we understand the Global Trade Item Number, which is the Global Commercial Article Number.
3. – PRIVACY
Your privacy is essential to us. Therefore, we have created a privacy policy where we explain how you can use DIGITAL LINK and how and why we collect and process your content, information, and data.
We strongly recommend that you carefully read our privacy policy and use it to make informed decisions.
ATOMIC PIXELS, S.L., the owner of DIGITAL LINK, and its service providers collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, especially the GDPR of the European Union and the US CDPA and CCPA standards.
Your data will only be transferred to third parties if the transfer is necessary for the proper provision of the service or is required by a legal obligation. Therefore, you, as a user, agree that your data may be collected, stored, and transferred in accordance with our privacy policy. Accessing our website and using it implies accepting that your personal data may be transferred and processed in any country worldwide under the previously mentioned circumstances.
4. – SHARED CONTENT AND INFORMATION
You, as a user, own all the content and information linked to the generated QR code and, as such, you are responsible for it.
DIGITAL LINK is not responsible for the information and data posted on the product pages.
Furthermore, for any content that may be protected by intellectual or industrial property rights, such as images or videos, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use this content you post or is in any way linked with DIGITAL LINK. This standard legal procedure allows us to store, preserve, and display your content to visitors of your dynamic QR code.
The aforementioned license will terminate when you delete your content or your account, unless you have shared it with third parties, and they haven’t deleted it.
When deleting content, it is removed in the same way as the recycle bin on your computer. Therefore, you understand that the deleted content might remain in backup copies for a specific period, although it won’t be accessible to others.
On the other hand, by hiring the services offered by DIGITAL LINK, you, as a user, hereby authorize ATOMIC PIXELS, S.L. to use and display your logo or brand, including that of the company you represent, on our website, marketing materials, and social media platforms. This usage is purely representative and does not imply any formal association between the two entities. However, you can revoke this authorization at any time by providing an explicit statement to the contrary, which can be communicated through any available contact channels.
5. – SECURITY
Our goal is for DIGITAL LINK to be entirely safe.
However, we can’t guarantee this, so we need your help and commitment as a user to:
• Not send or post unauthorized commercial communications (spam or phishing) through DIGITAL LINK.
• Not collect content or information from other users or access DIGITAL LINK using automatic means (harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission.
• Not upload or post viruses or malicious code.
• Not solicit login information or access another user’s account.
• Not bully, intimidate, or harass other users.
• Not post hateful, threatening, pornographic content, incite violence, or contain nudity or gratuitous graphic violence.
• Not use DIGITAL LINK for illegal, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory purposes.
• Not undertake actions that could disable, overload, or impair the proper functioning of DIGITAL LINK, such as attacking servers.
• Not endorse or facilitate the breach of these Terms.
6. – ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
To access and use our website, you must be over 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age but older than 14 (a “Minor”), you may access and use the website as long as you have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. Your parent or guardian must expressly authorize you to access and use the website after reading and accepting these Terms. If you are under 14 years of age, you may not access or use this website under any circumstances, nor send any type of information to DIGITAL LINK; you must leave our website immediately.
If you are the parent or guardian of a Minor, you commit to ensuring the Minor you supervise complies with these Terms and agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from all liabilities in case of a breach of these Terms.
As a user, when registering, you must provide true data and information.
Below are some commitments you must follow to register and keep your account safe:
• You will not provide DIGITAL LINK with false information nor create accounts for third parties, other than yourself or the company you work for, without their explicit consent.
• If we disable your account, you will not create another one with different or false data.
• You must keep your contact information updated.
• You will not share your password, let anyone access your account, or do anything that might jeopardize the security of your account.
• You will not transfer your account to a third party without obtaining the explicit written consent from DIGITAL LINK.
• DIGITAL LINK reserves the right to delete or require the modification of any username chosen for your account that we deem inappropriate.
DIGITAL LINK will verify your data, or that of your company, so we will ask you to provide us with certain relevant tax information (such as NRT, CIF, TAX ID, etc.). We will only use this information to ensure you are the legitimate owner of the GTIN codes we use in our system, as a tool to prevent phishing and the misuse of our website.
7. – BILLING, PAYMENT, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Users of paid services will be charged the fees corresponding to their subscriptions or those resulting from agreements made with DIGITAL LINK, which will be captured in a written document signed by both DIGITAL LINK and the respective user.
Upon hiring a paid service, you agree to pay the fees set for the chosen plan, either monthly, yearly, or as agreed upon, using a credit card or any other payment method accepted by our website.
Should you exceed the limits of your contracted plan, you accept that additional charges may be applied.
Moreover, DIGITAL LINK reserves the right to update or change the prices of services and subscriptions if these are modified and to introduce new costs for newly offered services.
Unless otherwise agreed, these changes will become effective on the renewal date of the subscription period.
IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT USER OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, YOU ARE GUARANTEED THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM ANY CHARGE OR PURCHASE MADE CONCERNING DIGITAL CONTENT ACQUIRED WITHOUT ASSUMING ANY ADDITIONAL COST AND WITHOUT NEEDING TO CITE A REASON, FOR A PERIOD OF 14 NATURAL DAYS.
AFTER THESE 14 DAYS, YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW FROM THE TRANSACTIONS MADE AND WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND IF THE CONTENT OR SERVICE HAS EFFECTIVELY STARTED BEING PROVIDED. In this instance, the transaction is final. It is understood that the content or service has started being provided when it has been effectively added to your account, inventory, or is accessible in any way for download or use.
ANY CHARGE OR EXPENSE YOU HAVE MADE IN DIGITAL LINK HAS A 7-DAY REFUND PERIOD, AFTER WHICH IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO CARRY OUT ANY REFUND, REGARDLESS OF THE PAYMENT METHOD, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS. IN ANY EVENT, ANY EXPENSE OR CHARGE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE REFUND WILL BE BORNE BY THE USER REQUESTING IT.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION REQUEST: You may request the cancellation of your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the paid period or, if applicable, once the free trial period ends. For free subscriptions, cancellation will take place 7 days after receiving the request. In all these cases, for the cancellation to be effective, you must provide a brief explanation of the reasons for canceling your subscription, your billing details (name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the card associated with the account, billing date, etc.), as well as your email address and other necessary details to verify your identity and information.
DIGITAL LINK reserves the right to decline refund requests for periodic payments not accompanied by an account cancellation or for other specific reasons, depending on the circumstances of the case.
8. – PROTECTION OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS.
DIGITAL LINK fully respects the rights of third parties, and we expect and require you to do the same.
For this reason, you will not post or take any action on our website that could infringe or violate someone else’s rights or the law. We reserve the right to remove any content or information you post if we believe it violates the aforementioned statement.

If we remove your content for infringing upon the intellectual or industrial property rights of a third party, and you believe we made an error, we grant you the opportunity to appeal our decision by contacting us at legals@digital-link.com.
If you repeatedly violate the intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties, we reserve the right to disable your account at our discretion.
As a user, you will not use DIGITAL LINK’s trademarks or distinguishing signs (such as logos), or any other mark or sign that could be misleading without our written authorization.
If you, through the content linked to your QR codes, collect user information and data, you will need to obtain their consent. You must clearly communicate that it is you, not DIGITAL LINK, collecting this information. Additionally, you must publish a privacy policy explaining how you collect and process the data.
Under no circumstances can you post personal data, identification documents, sensitive information, or financial information on DIGITAL LINK or through our products.
9. – GLOBAL VISION
Our goal is to create a global community, with standards tailored for every user and to comply with all local laws. For this reason, we will always adhere to regulations from various countries, such as the European GDPR, and American standards like CCPA and CDPA. Our tools and products have been designed to help users comply with the regulations that apply to them, regardless of their location.
10. – DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim that arises between you, as a user, and DIGITAL LINK, related to the services provided or in connection with these Terms, will be resolved by the Courts of Andorra.
The laws of Andorra govern these Terms and will also govern any dispute that may arise between a user and DIGITAL LINK, notwithstanding the potential application of rules that resolve conflicts of laws.
If a user brings a claim or demand against DIGITAL LINK due to the actions, content, or information of another user, which is accessible thanks to our products or services, the user causing the harm must release DIGITAL LINK from all liability and indemnify it for any harm, loss, cost, or expense, including legal assistance costs related to such incident.
Our aim is always to keep DIGITAL LINK updated, safe, and free of bugs, but you use it at your own risk. However, we cannot guarantee that DIGITAL LINK will always be completely safe and stable. We offer DIGITAL LINK “as is,” without implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for any particular purpose.
DIGITAL LINK is not responsible for the content, information, or data from third parties that you collect or process and exempts DIGITAL LINK, its directors, advisors, employees, or collaborators, among others, from any liability related to any claim for damages, known or unknown, between you and third parties.
DIGITAL LINK is neither responsible for any loss of profits nor any other consequential, special, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or DIGITAL LINK, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
In case you request a refund of a payment, it will be attended to if there was an error on the website, such as a system failure, services or features that do not function properly, or if you decide that our service is not suitable for your needs. In these cases, the refund request must be made within 24 hours following the registration or payment.
11. – MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms represent the entirety of an agreement between you, as a user, and DIGITAL LINK, regarding our service and supersede any other existing agreement between the parties.
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.
If we fail to enforce any of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver of them under any circumstances.
Any amendment or waiver of these Terms must be made in writing and signed by us.
You may not transfer any rights or obligations arising from these Terms to a third party without our consent.
All of our rights and obligations arising from these Terms are freely assignable by us in cases of mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales, or by law.
These Terms do not grant rights to third-party beneficiaries.
These Terms may be updated. The new effects resulting from the modification will be binding once they are published on the website.
